Poly was first discovered after winning a model search competition in Moscow. Her professional modeling career started in 2004.[2]

Poly has appeared in many ad campaigns including Gucci, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Roberto Cavalli, Sonia Rykiel, Nine West, and Dolce & Gabbana.
