Yesterday I showed you Gisele Bundchen’s pictures from the March/April 2008 edition of V magazine, now here’s Kate Moss in the same issue of V. Her beautiful editorial is entitled “Wildflowers” and was shot by photographer Nick Knight.

First Lady Carla Bruni stuns politicians with her beauty and grace

Former supermodel (and now French First Lady) Carla Bruni looked gorgeous in this long purple dress, as she attended an official dinner gala at the Elysee Palace in Paris yesterday (March 10).
“With a woman like Carla Bruni on the scene, French political summits have certainly become a lot more watchable,” remarked a political journalist this week. And after seeing the model-turned-singer’s appearance at her new husband’s side for a dinner at the Elysee Palace on Monday night it’s easy to appreciate how she’s been won over commentators with her style and charm.
Not only was President Nicolas Sarkozy’s wife on typically stunning form in a striking one shoulder purple gown at the function, held to welcome Israeli President Shimon Peres, she is also settling into the role of France’s First Lady.
The nerves which marked the glamorous 40-year-old’s first official appearances with her new husband seem to have disappeared. As she arrived at the function she was the epitome of poise, while her emerging confidence was also evident as she chatted to the Israeli premier over dinner. [hellomagazine]

The beautiful Gisele Bundchen was photographed by Alasdair McLellan for the #52 (March/April 2008) issue of V magazine.
Kim Jones has flaunted his outrageous collection of ’80s vintage in our pages before (most notably in a collaboration with photographer Alasdair McLellan for VMAN7). But in V52, supermodel Gisele Bündchen takes a seat in front of the camera, wearing the not-so-latest but definitely the greatest from labels like Rachel Auburn, Leigh Bowery, and Andre Walker. The shooter is once again McLellan, who we believe has captured the beautiful Brazilian looking more neon and electric than ever. In fact, she positively glows. And it’s just one part of a Spring issue featuring the some of the most legendary faces in modeling. Stay tuned for more.
