It looks like not all models (or wannabe models) are well-behaved! The 14 contestants from America’s Next Top Model’s latest cycle are accused of destroying the $6 million loft where they lived for 10 weeks.

The ANTM producers rented the loft promising the landlord Michael Marvisi that any damage would be minor. But that was not the case - the crew “punched hundreds of holes in the ceiling to hang lighting equipment” and ruined the Brazilian wood floors, forcing the owner to tear them up and install all new flooring when the girls moved out three weeks ago.

“These girls not only destroyed the floors, it appears they had food fights. There’s ketchup and coffee splattered all over the landlord’s $20,000 white drapes. There’s lipstick on the walls,” said the insider.

“They moved in furniture and made holes all along the walls.” According to our source, while the beauties were staying in the 4,200-square-foot loft, they damaged a $15,000 chandelier beyond repair and splashed so much water around, the bathroom was ruined and had to be tested for mold. “A plumber had to come fix the toilet and the water caused $90,000 worth of damage to the electrical store on the first floor,” said our source. “America’s Next Top Model” also “skipped out on” a $1,500 electric bill, claimed our source, who estimated the damage totals $500,000. “The landlord is devastated,” the source said. “Three other shows approached him [to use the loft] and he turned them all down for Top Model. And a tenant was supposed to move in a week ago, but when the place wasn’t ready, they pulled out. Tyra Banks should be ashamed of herself.” The show offered to settle for $125,000, but has not paid Marvisi any money, according to our insider. The landlord now plans to file a lawsuit against the show. Reps for both Anisa Productions and the show said, “No comment.” A rep for Banks did not return calls for comment. [Page Six]

Page Six is reporting that Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio is pregnant.

It looks like Victoria’s Secret angel Alessandra Ambrosio won’t be strutting down the runway in her skivvies anytime soon. The Brazilian beauty, 26, is pregnant with her first child. “She’s a few months along,” said our insider. [Source]

But these pictures (from a Miami photoshoot Alessandra did on Thursday, January 24) don’t show any visible sign of pregnancy.

Australian supermodel Gemma Ward is reportedly dating actor Heath Ledger.

The ‘Brokeback Mountain‘ star was spotted holding hands with the 20-year-old beauty as they dined with friends at a restaurant in their mutual home-town of Perth, Australia.

The restaurant manager told Life and Style Weekly magazine: “It’s pretty obvious they’re an item.”

After spending Christmas in Perth with her family, Gemma arrived in Sydney on Saturday (12.01.08) where she was spotted on a shopping spree, buying a kaftan, a poncho, a beaded wrap and a kimono in the sales.

Heath, 28, has returned to London where he is shooting his new movie ‘The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus‘.

Gemma is about to make her film debut in ‘The Black Balloon‘, alongside ‘Little Miss Sunshine‘ star Toni Collette. [Source]

Victoria’s Secret lingerie model Adriana Lima is probably the latest celebrity to have a sex tape. The beautiful Brazilian supermodel, who was dubbed the “Most Voluptuous Virgin” by GQ Magazine, is supposedly featured in a NSFW clip that has been circulating on the Web for several months.

I’m somehow disappointed that Adriana joined the ranks of Paris Hilton and the like, but maybe it was predictable after all… I mean, come on, who would believe such a gorgeous woman would still be a virgin??!

Ukraininan model Lera Sheramata was chosen one of the top ten best new models by Style.com, but she’s already acting like a diva.

First she got arrested for smoking in the airplane bathroom. The flight attendants caught her TWICE and then had to call the police. She was told off and released immediately. But that’s just the beginning. Lera’s nuttiest incident on record happened at the Prada show. We hear that Lera was set to open the show (a la Sasha P and Gemma W in the past–a very big deal) but when dressed in the first look Lera told the assistants that she didn’t like it (GASP!!!!) and so they took her off. While she’s no conventional beauty, Lera has a really interesting face, with her giant green eyes and her angelic features. It would be sad if she ended her career because of her acting like a spoiled brat.
